Sorella Salon FAQ’s
At Sorella Salon, we pride ourselves on giving our clients with the best quality salon services available. We want our clients to have a top-notch experience and strive to aim to have all of their questions answered prior to their appointment, so that they feel comfortable and confident going in to it. As such, we’ve compiled a list of the most-asked questions below. If you find that your question still hasn’t been answered, please do give us a call and someone will be more than pleased to assist you.
1. What are the hours of operation?
We are open from 10am - 7pm Tuesday - Sunday. (Extended Hours are available depending on the stylist)
3. Are reservations necessary?
We highly recommend calling in or booking a service in advance, but we are also currently accepting walk-ins for any service as well.
5. Can I book extra services while at the salon?
Absolutely! Every service comes with a free consultation with the stylist, and we will always try to accommodate your requests. However, it is sometime best to have a good idea of the service you’d like prior to the consultation.
7. What if the gift card is misplaced?
Unfortunately, if that gift certificate is misplaced, we cannot guarantee the same transaction, so it is important to keep track of the credit when it is received!
9. What is the pricing policy?
All prices are subject to change. For instance, our fees may change before they are updated online or on the prices menu. Therefore, please confirm the cost of your service with the preservationists when booking the appointment.

4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Sorella Salon gift certificates.
6. Do you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely! Salon gift certificates are the perfect present. These gift certificates can be purchased online or in-person and We gladly offer gift certificate credit towards all Salon services or Product purchases. We very much encourage recipients to utilize the credit within the year of purchase.
8. Are late arrivals accommodated?
We pride ourselves on our ability to provide high quality services to clients in a timely manner. Arriving late will limit time for your service and thus inhibit our ability to give you the best quality care that we can, as well as make the time of the clients receiving care after you.
10. What is the cancellation policy?
Since Sorella Salon services are reserved especially for you, we politely request that any booking cancellations or changed reservations are done 24 hours or further in advance without penalty. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
